Information desk of aha distributed information materials during the big event in Vaduz with thousands of people.

The project aimed at bolstering co-operation with European youth attendants in an international summer camp in different countries. Forty youngsters from Liechtenstein (aged between 12 and 20) participated in these camps.

During the European Youth Week, youngsters have been informed about the EU and topics pertinent to it. A movie about the European Union has also been dispayed by an EVS participant.

Different representatives of member and youth-related organisations have been informed about the possibilities for young people to spend some time in a foreign country. The day was a success. Young people had the chance to inform themselves about the possibilities to go abroad.

The project "Job Exchange" for young people (especially summer jobs), which started in 2007, is very successful. Aha asked all the companies and firms present in Liechtenstein (by email and letters), if they offer holiday and side jobs for young people. The media in Liechtenstein (two newspapers and a radio station) reported several times about the job exchange. From January till August 2008, 18 companies and private persons (babysitting etc.) announced about 20 summer jobs and side jobs. Young people could therefore ask aha if they want to receive an sms when a new job was being offered. From January till October the list (pdf) was downloaded at leas 2500 times from the aha website.
