Presentation: 
The project aimed at increasing awareness about opportunities of lingual education. It started with the introduction to the wide range of lingual education abroad – advantages and disadvantages of different types of language study programmes. The event took place in the National Youth Information Centre in Prague.

The Guide Student in the World of Employment and Education in the EU Countries

The project aimed at raising awareness about opportunities in the EU, provoding information for students from the regions. Two lectures about possibilities for youngsters in the EU after leaving a high school were held (one in the morning for 2 hours, and one in the afternoon). The activity took place in the Eurocentre in Ostrava.

The Guide of School Leaver in the World of Employment and Education in the EU Countries

The project was about opportunities in the EU / information for students from regions /publicity. A common view about opportunities for high school leavers in the EU was given to the students - then there was a short time for presentation of 2 NGO (about their offer of voluntary service), and EURODEKS and EURES. The project took place in Eurocentre in Pardubice.

The project involved large scale actions in the city of Split to attract a number of young people in different activities. Within the framework of the activities, the following days were commemorated: 09.05.2008 - European Day 29.04.2008 - International Dance Day 17.09.2008 - Day of Split Pport The project provided information to many young people about issues important for their development. More than 5000 young people were provided with specific information during the events.  A co-operation with a considerable number of NGOs and institutions was ensured.

Bhutan in Pictures

The project dealt with higher awareness about other cultures and religions / publicity. During the activities, a young man showed beautiful pictures from Bhutan and added a very interesting description of life in Bhutan. He had a lot of experience – he usually spends the third of a year in Bhutan.

Regional Youth Info Centre

Fan Embassy Project at EURO 2008

The main goal of this project was delivering information for the Croatian fans in Austria during the EURO 2008 championship. It was carried out with local governemnts and organisation comitee linked to public services in host cities. The idea was to create a welcoming atmosphere for the fans, answer their qustions and answer any possible request they might have. By ensuring communication with them, it was easier to avoid misunderstanding and any kind of trouble. The services included web sites, city info-points, helpline and 50 Croatian volunteers on tourist info-points throughout the host city. All the support facilities lasted for the whole duration of the championship. Project partners were FARE, UEFA, the Croatian Football Federation and  the Ministry of Family, Veterans' Affairs and Intergenerational Solidarity. During the project, over 5.000 leaflets were distributed, a web site was developed and is functioning, a helpline was working, info-points were working the whole day, in the case of one deceased, the transportation has been provided, 30 lost personal belongings were returned to their owners.
