Campaign on Youths' Right to Information - Preparatory Meeting

The 9th Council of Europe Conference of Ministers responsible for Youth will take place in St. Petersburg (Russian Federation) in September 2012. Main theme of the conference will be “Young people’s access to rights: development of innovative youth policies”.
The Joint Coordinating Committee managing the partnership between the Council of Europe and ERYICA decided to support a campaign on “Youths’ Right to Information”, to be developed in 2012 and to be prepared in the last quarter of 2011.
This preparatory meeting will present a fully interactive format, aiming to defining the messages the campaign will carry forward, including appealing title and slogan; to identify and analyse target groups, communication strategies and tools; to draw an activity plan for an effective and successful campaigning.
Dates: 02-05.10.2011 (Arrivals on 02.10.2011; departures on 05.10.2011 after 14:00)
Venue: European Youth Centre Strasbourg
Costs: travel, accommodation and subsistence costs will be covered in full by the Council of Europe following the normal enacted procedures.
Interested persons, appointed by ERYICA Members, Affiliated and Cooperating Organisations are requested to fill in and submit the application form (below) to Davide Capecchi, Director of ERYICA: director@eryica.org by July 7th, 2011.
