Principles for Online Youth Information Approved

During the 20th General Assembly of ERYICA in Rotterdam, the Netherlands the Principles for Online Youth Information have been approved. Taking seriously the tremendous changes the Internet has brought about for information and communication processes in our societies, the Principles for Online Youth Information have been established to support young people to safely find their way around online.

The Principles for Online Youth Information take into account the relevant aspects for ensuring quality of provided online information and they correspond to the principles already set out in the European Youth Information Charter. Therefore both the European Youth Information Charter and the Principles for Online Youth Information shall be seen as one holistic framework.
