Public Consultation - Contribute!

The European Commission has recently published a Green Paper "Promoting the Learning Mobility of Young People" with the aim of opening up a debate on how best to boost the opportunities for young people in Europe to develop their knowledge and skills by going abroad.

With this Green Paper, the Commission is launching a public consultation, which will be open until 15 December 2009. Responses will be gathered via an online questionnaire and by written submissions. Such consultation not only refers to mobility in the school system, but to any mobility opportunities for young people, including youth exchanges and volunteering.

ERYICA encourages those concerned by the ‘Youth in Action' Programme and other possible stakeholders in the youth field to participate in this public consultation and supports the consultation by inviting its network to provide the opinions of its national structures with regard to the issues raised within this consultation.
