I am responsible for the management of the Secretariat team; management of the Agency's finances in the framework of the annual budget adopted by the General Assembly; raising funds for activities and for the operational budget; assisting the Governing Board in the management / implementation of the Agency's Work Programme; representing the Agency externally and lobbying the European institutions; liaising with the Member Organisations and other European partners; preparing (with the President) the meetings of the Governing Board, and liaising with Governing Board members between meetings; preparing the annual General Assembly, inter alia.

Members' Services Coordinator

Imre Simon 

I am responsible for fostering the relationship with ERYICA Members, Affiliated and Cooperating Organisations, and I act as a contact person for them. Besides, my responsibility includes organising and managing statutory and project-related events, supporting the Training Task Force and maintaining the SHERYICA platform. I am also involved in project work connected to the Youth in Action Programme.
