Within the framework of the project "A Better Youth Information for New Times", ERYICA Training Task Force held its second training in 2009 on March 6 - 8, 2009 in Vienna, Austria.
ERYICA trainers: Mick Conroy (Canllaw Online, UK), Jelena Miljanic (Forum MNE, Montenegro), Ajo Monzo (Baleares Youth Info andDocumentation Centre, Spain), Tanja Novakovic (Misss, Slovenia),Päivi Timonen (Helsinki City Youth Department, Finland) and AlexandraCangelosi (jugendinfo.cc, Austria), with support of Anna Roganova(ERYICA, Luxembourg) worked on the elaboration of modulesfor the new training "YIntro - Stepping into Youth Information" for beginners in the field of youth information.
The meeting was based on the former "Minimum Basic Training Course" (held on national levels in different countries) and included current developments in youth information and "Lessons Learned" from the experience of last years.
The next event of the project (Meeting of the ERYICA Task Force scheduled for May 8 - 10, 2009 in Palma, Spain) will focus on elaboration of modules for advanced training of youth information workers on such topics as:
- Quality of Information
- Use of ICT in Youth Information
- Participation
- Promotion
