Raising young refugees' voices in Europe today

The Directorate of Youth and Sport of the Council of Europe is organising a Seminar on "Raising young refugees' voices in Europe today" in cooperation with the UNHCR, that will take place at the EYC in Strasbourg from 26 October to 1st November 2008.
