Training for Trainers in Serbia

The "Training for Trainers" will take place in Bečej, Serbia on September 20 - 28, 2009. The Training will support the development of youth information work by organising a training course for 24 youth information workers from Turkey, Montenegro, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Belarus, Slovenia, Serbia, Croatia, and by creating joint projects.

The Training will be based on the "Minimum Basic Training Course for Novice Youth Information Workers". The participants will visit the Provincial Secretary or Youth and Sport, meet representatives of the youth information website www.infostud.com, and visit the local youth organisation "Centre for Youth Work".

The Training will take place within the framework of the ‘Youth in Action' Programme of the European Union.

The European Youth Information and Counselling Agency (ERYICA) is an international not-for-profit association based in Luxembourg. It was established on 17 April 1986 in Madrid.

As of February 2012, our network consists of 25 Members, 7 Affiliated- and 3 Co-operating Organisations working in 28 countries, in more than 7.500 youth information centres, where 13.000 workers provide young people with generalist information under the principles of the European Youth Information Charter.
