Presentation: 
A Youth exchange "Johnny on the Spot” gathered young people with the aim of raising awareness (of both young people and their surrounding) about youth rights and about how do young people see their rights. This theme – youth rights – was processed through various creative workshops (theatre, film, painting, dancing…), all the workshops presented their results on the last day of exchange in one public event organised by participants of the exchange. All activities in the exchange were filmed and resulted in a movie.

More Attention Please!

Presentation: 
Youth exchange with a motto “MORE ATTENTION, PLEASE!” is a project about social inclusion, participation and equal opportunities. It gathered young people with fewer opportunities, autism, cerebral palsy and dystrophy, but also young people without disability, from Serbia and Slovenia. The main aim of this project is to encourage participation and social inclusion of young people through art, music, sport activities, work with animals in the zoo, activism… With this project, young people with disabilities were enabled to feel positive benefits of participation and inclusion; they gained more confidence in their society, increased their mobility and developed their sense of citizenship and mutual understanding.

Mediators in Action

Presentation: 
The objective of the project was to train a group of youth workers to use mediation techniques while working with different groups of young people.  Groups with different religious background, ethnical background, age, culture, gender were considered. Youth workers were also trained in using mediation in situations where conflicted sides have different levels of power (teachers and students, first and last year students etc.…)

Empowering Youth Nongovernmental Organisations

Empowering youth nongovernmental organisations

Presentation: 
The goal of the project was to empower youth nongovernmental organisations in Serbia, and improve their status (increasing understanding and positive image of NGOs in local communities). The main activity of the project is educating NGO representatives by organising three modules of lectures during 15 days, with the topic of project and organisation management. The project was lead by Ivana Koprivica and Mirjana Beara from “Tim TRI” of “Gradanske inicijative”.

Youth Fund

The Youth Fund is a programme aiming to support projects by and for young people. Youth Funds’ board consists of young people. It distributes grants for enabling and empowering young people from their community to design, plan, and implement small-scale community activities that target and meet the needs of young people.

We Need to Be the Change We Want to See in the World

Nonviolence in Secondary Schools

Presentation: 
The main goal of the project is minimising aggression and violence among young people in 10 high schools in Serbia and contributing to a safer surrounding for young people in order to instigate their activism through promotion and appliance of non-violent communication techniques and a constructive way of solving conflicts. The project is carried out with support from the Ministry of Youth and Sport of Serbia.
