Action Day for a Better Internet – 7 February 2017
The 7 February Action Day of the No Hate Speech Movement joins the global Safer Internet Day that calls to ‘Be the change: Unite for a Better Internet!’
Making internet a safe and engaging space for youth has been a driving force behind the work of many partners in the campaign. The Movement mobilizes young people to promote democracy and human rights online. The manual Bookmarks on combating hate speech through human rights education has been a valuable tool for educators and youth workers to support young people in their efforts to denounce hate speech and make Internet a better space for all.
Please find below our recommended actions and prepare for this global Action Day to make united efforts for a better and safer Internet.
