The Country Development Service represents an opportunity for strengthening cooperation between ERYICA and one or more of its partners. Its aims are
a. to broaden the number of members and partner organisations in countries developing YI structure and
b. to strengthen the work of members and partner organisations and
c. to enable a higher participation to ERYICA events, activities and statutory meetings and
d. to support and to foster national projects deemed of prominent interest for the Agency as a whole.

How can ERYICA help in order to promote and develop YI in respective countries?
a. Providing exchange of good practice (study visits, meetings, seminars).
b. Providing training for YI workers.
c. Providing support in lobbying/establishing/maintaining/strengthening cooperation with governmental bodies (letters of recommendation, meetings, participation in conferences and seminars).
d. Providing support in obtaining financial resources (informing organisations about adequate calls for proposal that would enable them to receive grants from Council of Europe and European Union (for e.g. paying membership fee, organising events - seminars, trainings, study visits etc. on EU level).
e. Providing possibility of partially covering expenses of trainer fees, costs of organising events or other possible project activities though Country Development Fund.
How can organisations apply for partnership within the Country Development Service?
a. Interested organisations are invited to fill in an online application form and send it to the ERYICA Director.
b. If interested organisations express, in the online application form, a need of benefiting from the resources of the Country Development Services, they additionally need to provide the Director of ERYICA:
• Project’s description, including goals, timing, participants, expected outcomes and results.
• Development plan of establishing or reinforcing YI structure in respective country. This part must show interest, potential, readiness, country reality) and should cover the period of one year.
• Budget plan, estimating approximate revenues and expenses of the activities.
c. All organisations applying for partnership within the Country development service are invited to contact the ERYICA Director before and during the preparation of the application.
Procedure with partnership applications intending to benefit from the resources of the Fund
a. After submission, the project will be presented to the Governing Board of ERYICA, who can approve, refuse, or suggest amendments during their first meeting.
b. If common agreement is found on the terms of the project, a partnership agreement is concluded between ERYICA and the applying organisation.
Very important: ERYICA’s support to organisations through the Country Development Service must be promoted and ERYICA’s visibility ensured.
