«A to Z of Business» in Cyprus

In September and October 2021, the Youth information Centres in Cyprus organised a series of online workshops on entrepreneurship entitled "A to Z of Business - Everything you need to know to start your new business".

The series aimed to provide young potential entrepreneurs with a complete picture and all the necessary information to start their own businesses. At the same time, the workshops gave tools to participants to acquire knowledge and develop skills to implement their business idea successfully.

The workshops were held once a week from 23 September to 26 October 202. A total of 45 young people participated. The titles of the six seminars were:

• "Find the business that suits you"

• "How to create a sustainable business"

• "Circular economy"

• "Developing the right way of thinking business"

• "Grant opportunities for young entrepreneurs from co-financed and European programs"

• "Logistics of a new business"

The participants gave very positive feedback about the sessions: “I am really satisfied. The workshop was interesting and helpful, and I believe we should have the opportunity to attend more workshops on similar topics. “Very nice structured series and definitely constructive”
