First face-to-face meeting of the Trainers of Training

The second edition of the ERYICAdemy - Training of Trainers in Youth Information and Counselling is currently in progress. Its participants met in beautiful Portugal on 5-10 December for its first residential training.

The event was hosted in the seaside town of Oeiras by the ERYICA-Member Portuguese Institute of Sports and Youth (IPDJ), and it followed a 5-week eLearning phase. The 27 participants from 11 countries were eager to finally meet face-to-face and take the next steps towards becoming ERYICA trainers.

The ToT is running until March 2023 with an additional eLearning and face-to-face phase. The newly certified trainers will contribute to disseminating the training content among youth information workers across Europe. The aim will be to increase the accessibility of training for them and thus ensure quality youth information services for young people.
