Expanding the understanding of low-threshold services for young people

This recent Finnish study, produced by the Finnish Youth Research Society and the A-clinic Foundation, underscores the importance of tailoring mental health to meet young people's unique needs.

The research highlights the significance of reducing barriers to service access and promoting successful encounters with professionals. It emphasises the need to address service availability challenges, support transitions between services, and strengthen digital tools and skills. Ultimately, these insights aim to create a more youth-friendly and integrated approach to mental health services, ensuring that young people can easily access the support they require.
