Tanja focuses on the operational delivery of obligations and programs within the organisation, ensuring they are executed efficiently and align with the strategic objectives set by the Director. She oversees the planning, coordination, and implementation of multiple interconnected projects, programs and activities, optimising resources and workflows to meet specific goals. Tanja is responsible for monitoring progress, managing risks, and ensuring consistency across teams while fostering collaboration. She operates at an implementation level, directly supporting project teams, tracking milestones, and resolving operational challenges. She likewise provides mentorship, maintains open communication with stakeholders, and ensures that activities are conducted within scope and on schedule.
