Tanja coordinates the relation with members and provides the Agency with advice and policy guidance. She also supports the successful implementation of the Agency’s annual work programme and strategic plan. Tanja is responsible for raising funds for activities and trainings and for ensuring visibility and sustainability of ERYICA’s activities and events. As part of her activities, she designs, manages and reports on projects and members activities, and attends to reports, articles, position papers, and publications, also in cooperation with consultants and experts. She is likewise responsible for strengthening and expanding the membership and the network, and for supporting strategic partnerships.
