ECOMS

The ERYICA Communication and Members’ Services working group (ECOMS) was created by the initiative of the Governing Board in 2022. Its work follows the service-design methodology, and its outputs and findings will be embedded in the new ERYICA Strategy 2024-2029.

Aims

• To analyse the benefits and services offered by ERYICA to its members, and to explore new offers taking into account their diversity, interests and needs.

• To assess and update the current communications and outreach strategy.

• To support the development of the new ERYICA website.

• To contribute to the improvement of our communication channels and tools.
