Youth Voice Network of Organisations is a non-governmental society established on 20 July 2018, after four years of informal work on advocacy and lobbying, with the mission to mobilise, integrate and strengthen the youth's potential through awareness, information, advocacy and lobbying services in education, care, health, and employment areas. This network comprises 21 organisations and youth clubs in 16 municipalities in Albania, specialising in sexual and reproductive health and rights, education, social and health services, human rights, community work, working with marginalised and disadvantaged groups, youth, peace, and security.
The network has brought some added value through its work in Albania, such as alternative communication through media and online platforms, especially about SRHR and Gender. It is a strong voice of civil society for respecting the rights of young people with a strong collaboration with media at the national and local levels by promoting engagement and
cooperation among young people.
Youth Voice Network is a strong point of cooperation between different youth organisations to implement productive projects with measurable results. The organisation is now working on informing and empowering students' governance in various high schools, strengthening and improving sexual education among young people, and contributing to spreading information on gender issues.
