Rethinking Youth Organisations – Locating Quality In Work With Young People’s Conference
The 'Rethinking Youth Organizations – Locating Quality in Work with Young People's Conference, organised by Agenzija Zghazagh, aimed to bring together youth organisations to explore ways of enhancing the quality of their work with young individuals. The event was organised on the 22nd of April 2023, bringing together over 90 representatives from youth organisations from all over Malta and Gozo.
Representatives of youth organisations shared insights and best practices, opening up a discussion on the quality of work by youth organisations.
The conference focused on locating quality in work with young people, emphasising holistic development, well-being, and the impact of youth organisations. Discussions addressed safe spaces, inclusivity, and meeting young individuals' specific needs and aspirations.

Such a discussion enabled an appreciation of youth organisations' current rich and varied tapestry of work while also identifying areas for growth to ensure continuous development of work practices.
