Strategy
In the absence or unavailability of the First Vice-President, the Second Vice-President may deputise for the President, when asked to do so by the President, in chairing the GA or the GB, in representing the Agency, and in undertaking other specific tasks or missions.
The Second Vice-President will be also in charge of monitoring the implementation of the Agency’s Annual Work Programme and of supporting the Secretariat with the implementation of the Strategic Plan 2019-2023.

Daniel Poli studied political science in Berlin and is Director at IJAB - Fachstelle für Internationale Jugendarbeit der Bundesrepublik Deutschland e.V. Since 2005 he has been involved in youth projects in the field of digital education, net-based participation, youth information and learning mobility at national and European level.
He was a board member of ERYICA and Vice President since 2013.
