First Vice-President
Membership and enlargement
The First Vice-President may deputise for the President, when asked to do so by the President, in chairing the General Assembly or the Governing Board, in representing the Agency, and in undertaking other specific tasks or missions.
The First Vice-President will be also in charge of ensuring that services provided by ERYICA to its members are relevant and needs-based. Supports the Director in identifying new potential members, solving membership issues, and expanding the network.

Sif Vik has worked within the field of youth information and youth work since 2000, and has experience on local, national and European level. She has extensive experience in innovative youth work, project management, international youth work, and experience in working with creative industries and young entrepreneurs.
Her educational background is a Master’s degree in Political Science, Russian and East European studies and Project Management.
She has previously been a Board member of ERYICA in 2 terms (2013-2019) and is also a member of the European Youth Information Quality Label task force. She is also the elected leader of the Norwegian Network of Youth Information Services, and runs a local/regional creative hub for young people in Tromsø, Northern Norway.
