Together with the Director, the Human Resources responsible will ensure that the ERYICA staff’s working conditions respect the labour law of Luxembourg. When requested by the Director (responsible for ERYICA staff), will provide advice on matters related to Human Resources recruitment and management.

Didace Kalisa is the Manager of the Luxembourgish National Agency for Youth Information (ANIJ). He was appointed Director of the former « Centre Information Jeunes » in 2011. He has over twenty years experience working in the Youth Information sector. Before his position of director, he was a Youth Information Worker in the former Youth Information Center (CIJ) in which he worked for a number of years.
Besides his current functions, he is a member of the National Working Group « Youth Dialog » alongside other youth organisations and the Ministry of Education, Children and Youth in Luxembourg, where he represents his organization ANIJ.
He is also active in the social sector of Luxembourg, where he works as a volunteer for an association that helps people with few opportunities.
His academic degrees are in Education Sciences. He obtained his degree in Education at the National University of Rwanda. He completed a training course on conflict management (mediation process) at the University of Luxembourg. From 2016 to 2018, he followed a specialisation training as a Non-profit Sector Executive at the CPSE in Grivegnée (Belgium).
