Training System responsible
The Governing Board member responsible for training activities monitors and provides the Secretariat with advice on the training activities and training projects in which the Agency is involved or plans to be involved. She is also the contact person and chair of the ECTS WG and is responsible for liaising and planning all the working group activities with the trainers and the Secretariat.

Victoria de la Hoz holds a BA in Social Sciences from Complutense University in Madrid and a Master’s degree in Social Psychology at NYU (New York)
She has been involved in the youth work field since 2008 and for the last 3 years, she coordinates the network of Youth Information and Counselling Services in the region of Madrid. The network comprises over 200 youth information services providing youth work and youth information, such as youth departments of municipal bodies, youth organisations, the Youth Council of Madrid and others.
She is responsible of providing information on European issues in the youth field to the members of the network and coordinate several working groups among which
stands out the coordination of the peer-to-peer information programs of several youth departments of municipal bodies.
Her career has developed for the last 30 years in different bodies of the public administration of the Community of Madrid.
Before joining the youth field she worked for the institute of vocational training in Madrid being in charge of the Occupational Monitoring Unit conducting surveys to detect training needs of the population and skills required by employers to match them.
At the beginning of the 90’s I worked for a few years in the field of drug abuse prevention in Madrid and previously in the city of New York.
