The DesYIgn toolkit
The toolkit result of the project “DesYIgn” is the result of the Erasmus+ project of the same name. It provides information and practical resources to support youth workers and youth information workers to design services with young people. As an introduction to Service Design, it has been designed to accompany the DesYIgn Online Course and has been created by a partnership of youth practitioners from across Europe.
All of the materials in this toolkit have been tested in youth work settings. These resources will introduce youth workers to this methodology with the aim to support them to continuously evolve and improve youth information services in line with young people’s ever-changing information seeking. The toolkit was created in cooperation with Youth Work Ireland (Ireland), Koordinaatti (Finland), Agence Nationale pour l'Information des Jeunes (Luxembourg), Dirección General de Juventud y Deportes de Madrid (Spain), ProMo Cymru (Wales), Aġenzija Żgħażagħ (Malta), Institut Valencià de la Joventut (Spain), Åbo Akademi University (Finland) and ERYICA (Luxembourg).
