ToT – Halfway to becoming an ERYICA trainer!

After 5 weeks of working together on ERYICA’s DOYIT eLearning platform, 35 participants from our network met face-to-face for the first time in sunny Alicante for the first residential part of the new ERYICA Training of Trainers Programme.

During the training, the participants had the opportunity to discuss a lot of topics related to the ERYICA training and eLearning system and its courses, as well as about their own role in developing competences in their youth information networks and internationally. As an important element of the event, participants familiarised themselves with the 5 training and 3 eLearning courses they will be certified to deliver upon completion of the Programme. They also had time to reflect on the present and the future, to share good practices and to strengthen their cooperation through multiple teambuilding activities. 

The second eLearning phase will start in February 2020, while the ToT programme will conclude with another residential training in May, in the beautiful city of Luxembourg.

We have no doubt that the future of ERYICA’s pool of trainers is in good hands with them!
