YouthInfoComp now available in German!

Good news for youth information professionals across Europe: the European competence framework for youth information workers, YouthInfoComp, is now accessible in German, thanks to the dedicated efforts of ERYICA member Bundesnetzwerk Österreichische Jugendinfos. This new translation marks a significant milestone, providing youth information workers with an essential resource that is now available in a total of 11 languages

Originally developed to enhance the competencies of youth information practitioners, YouthInfoComp also serves as a vital tool for promoting youth information worker as a recognised profession. With the addition of the German version, youth information workers in German-speaking regions can now better understand and utilise the framework to bolster their competencies.

The German translation of YouthInfoComp is available for download from the ERYICA website. This resource, along with its counterparts in 10 other languages, empowers youth information workers to effectively engage with the diverse needs of young people, ensuring that they receive accurate and trustworthy information.

ERYICA encourages our members and stakeholders to share this exciting development with their colleagues and networks. For more information and to download YouthInfoComp, visit the ERYICA website.
