This toolkit is designed for Youth Information workers to gain a better understanding of online environments and their implications for their work. It covers social media platforms, online communities, online safety, digital citizenship, and privacy. With this knowledge, Youth Information workers can provide accurate and relevant information to young people effectively and impactfully.

This tool ais to provide support to key decision makers in member states -ministers, parliamentarians and governments officials. It can, however, be used by anyone involved in designing, implementing and reviewing relevant policies, whether in government and international organisations, education and training institutions, non-governmental organisations and youth organisations.
